It was just too far away for us to maintain. Erin helped us with our home purchased in 2015 (5 years ago today actually) so we reached out to her for a referral, since the home was almost a 3 hour drive from Murfreesboro and in a remote small town. Erin told us she could handle the sell herself, not to worry. She did, we had an offer within a few days and a quick closing. I would recommend Erin to anyone who is in the market to buy or sell. Her work ethic is beyond measure, she is a true asset to the real estate profession.

During our appraisal we found out that a new negotiation was going to be needed because the house did not appraise for as much as we thought.
