I hesitate to say just how good she is because you might think I'm a bot or being paid (neither). Erin was amazing for our first time home-buying experience! From the very beginning we knew we wanted someone who took a personal approach, was open and honest, and wouldn't try to sell us on stuff we didn't want or need. Erin was that someone, and so much more. She answered our many questions no matter what time of day, and she was even available to answer a question we had AFTER closing, on Easter Sunday! (My bad!) This alone should give you an idea of how she operates - she was completely focused on us and nothing else. She was open and honest when we asked questions, told us exactly what we could expect, and guided us through the process.During negotiations, she gave us solid recommendations and it ended up going EXACTLY the way she estimated it would - there were literally no surprises, and we got a great deal.
