Say Yes to the Best. If you want to get a real estate deal done, pick Erin. We have sold two houses and purchased one with Erin. I hesitate to say just how good she is because you might think I'm a bot or being paid (neither). There are lots of reasons to choose her; here are the two most important: She has integrity in everything she does, not just real estate. She is absolutely the best marketing realtor I have ever seen. We had our home on the market on the MLS through an FSBO site. It sat there for 6 months: not one, single showing. From the very moment - literally - the listing went live in ErinLand (that's a virtual place, but it's For Real), we had so many showings our heads were spinning. She and her team are the complete package. Contact her and start packing.

Erin was amazing for our first time home-buying experience! From the very beginning we knew we wanted someone who took a personal approach, was open and honest, and wouldn't try to sell us on stuff we didn't want or need. Erin was that someone, and so much more. She answered our many questions no matter what time of day, and she was even available to answer a question we had AFTER closing, on Easter Sunday! (My bad!) This alone should give you an idea of how she operates - she was completely focused on us and nothing else. She was open and honest when we asked questions, told us exactly what we could expect, and guided us through the process.During negotiations, she gave us solid recommendations and it ended up going EXACTLY the way she estimated it would - there were literally no surprises, and we got a great deal. When we had a last-minute paperwork issue (from an outside vendor) that threatened to delay us the day before closing, she jumped into action and came up with an alternative that worked without any delays. She was truly amazing, and absolutely the best decision we ever made during the house buying process. Thank you!
