ZillowVERIFIED Erin is excellent. Let me paint a picture of the type of client that I was: I was looking to buy a home in Lexington KY from Philadelphia PA. I had never bought a home before, and I knew very little about real estate in general. Due to my crazy work schedule, I needed to call Erin late at night, I needed to video call her for home walk-throughs, I needed to shift my close date earlier by one day on very little notice, the list goes on. I was probably not the easiest client to work with, but I never felt that way with Erin. Erin delivered the best service that I could have hoped for, and she delivered it with a smile and a cheery attitude. She helped me with negotiations and documentation, and she was always very very quick to respond (even at 9 oclock on a Friday night, when my offer was accepted). Erin even offered to check in on my house in between the date of closing and the date that I would move in, since there was a week in which I would be living in Philly before moving to Lexington. Keep in mind, I'm talking about services that Erin offered after closing, meaning that she had absolutely no incentive to offer to help me other than her desire to offer amazing service, which of course, she does. Erin never pressured me to look at houses that were out of my price range, even though my price range was very conservative. She understood my fiscal leanings and worked within my price range, and I would strongly recommend Erin to anyone looking to buy a home.

As for our new home purchase, we were picky buyers, and Erin was very patient with us and never pressured us as we were looking for our new home. We found a house before it was listed (the sign was in the yard but it wasn't on the MLS) in a very desirable neighborhood and Erin acted fast, negotiating the deal the same day we found it. There were 2 other offers on the table but ours was the one accepted! Erin is professional, funny, responsive, and was wonderful with our young son. I highly recommend her!
