Erin Gaffen

I bring a unique blend of experience to my work as a REALTOR(R) at REMAX Harmony. As a former special education teacher, I understand the importance of patience, communication, and education. I guide my clients through every step of the home buying and/or selling process, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their decisions. Growing up with a mom who was a REALTOR(R) for over 30 years in Arlington, MA, I had the ultimate role model. She showed me how you can build a successful and rewarding career based on exceptional service and integrity. And as a nearly lifelong Greater Boston resident, I have extensive knowledge of the area and am excited to share that with my clients. I believe in building meaningful connections with my clients so that we can work together to achieve their goals. I am passionate about helping others, from first-time homebuyers to families in need of more space to individuals looking to downsize, and everyone in between. I am also a dedicated volunteer in my hometown of Reading, including as an elected member of the School Committee and Town Meeting. My mission is to improve my clients' quality of life through purchasing or selling real estate.
