She has the perfect mix of getting the job done and moving at a pace that is comfortable for the client. Her top-notch support was invaluable as we went from making an offer, to negotiating, to being under contract, to closing, and even after closing. She patiently and competently answered every one of my many questions as we navigated the process and was beyond helpful in facilitating communication between all of the parties involved in the process. We are so grateful our friends referred us to Erin and we will work with her any time we plan to buy or sell a house in the future (although we plan to stay in our new house for a long time).
