ZillowVERIFIED It was a pleasure working with Erin when purchasing my house. We lived out of state and she worked hand in hand with the agent who was selling my house. She went above and beyond what I have experienced with other agents. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Erin was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was very fast at getting back to us when there was a home we wanted to see. And she was patient with us and let us look at several homes and helped us make a couple different offers until we found the right home. Once we arranged to have her list our house, she was a little slower to get back to us and always fill us in with a few details from time to time. There were a few times we had to ask her if she had done something or followed up, etc. Often she had, but it would have been nicer if she had kept us up to date a bit more without us having to check in as much. All in all, she did help us get our house sold and was generous with her time and knowledge.

ZillowVERIFIED Erin was great to work with. Trying to buy a home in a new city and state while located 500 miles away presented so many challenges. Could not have done it without Erin who not only found the perfect fit but also helped connect us to the various area services needed to complete the purchase and move to Iowa City.thanks!

ZillowVERIFIED Erin was a great help from the start. She made us aware of everything she was going to do and what we could expect. From the apps so we could follow the house showings and open houses, to getting the paperwork in order, Erin was on top of it all. If you want your house sold, and not have to worry about things, I would highly recommend Erin.
