ReviewMy husband and I are extremely pleased with the outstanding service Erin provided throughout the entire process of selling our land. From start to finish, she made us feel comfortable, informed, and confident in every decision we made. Erin was always quick to respond to our emails and phone calls, no matter how many questions or concerns we had. She truly had our best interests at heart and was there whenever we needed guidance or reassurance. Her professionalism, knowledge, and dedication gave us complete confidence, and we trusted her every step of the way. We genuinely feel that Erin went above and beyond to help us successfully sell our land. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent who is honest, responsive, and truly cares about her clients.

Review My experience was great working with Erin. Erin has helped me in the past purchase other property as well. She is extremely knowledgeable all the way around. From the knowledge of the property all the to the purchasing details. She is definitely a committed realtor and has done nothing but the best job representing me as a buyers agent on more than one purchase. I will definitely use Erin on all future-purchases in Arizona.

Review I very much enjoyed and appreciated the opportunity to work with Erin Durbin. She was never too busy or distracted to take my calls or to promptly respond to emails and texts, and she advised me all through the home selling process--from insight prior to listing regarding what local buyers are looking for in a home like the one I sold, to whether and when to revise my listing price and why, and handled the offer, contract and closing steps with great care--as if it was her own home she was selling. And every time we had a prospective buyer, she followed up with the buyer or their agent to find out their thoughts about the property, what they liked or disliked about the property, and what I could do to improve my chances and speed to sell the propety. I definitely plan to work with Erin the next time I have a property to sell in the Show Low and surrounding areas. I could not recommend her more! Thanks, Erin!

Review Erin was fantastic and I would highly recommend her services as a realtor and will be using her for any future realty needs. Early in 2025, we began looking for a second home to escape the heat of the valley and came across Erin randomly through Zillow. I wasn't sure what to expect finding her through Zillow, but she exceeded our expectations in every measure. She took the time to get to know us, our needs, our hesitations and anxieties, and where we needed help in the buying process. After getting to know us, she was patient, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and responsive as we looked at a few homes before we found our match. As we got closer to closing, Erin helped us artfully navigate negotiating with the builder to get some necessary items addressed. I'm writing this review months after our close in April (sorry Erin!) and she still reaches out to see how we're doing and if we need anything. It was a joy to work with her and she has become a friend through this process. I know this review sounds a little too good to be true, but it is my honest opinion that I cannot imagine working with a better realtor - our first home was not anything like this and we couldn't be happier. Thank you Erin!

Review Erin was great to work with through all stages and multiple properties and locations. When I considered a purchase outside of Arizona, she offered to put me in touch with other realtors to be sure I worked with the right people to get the best results. I think I had a pretty unique buying experience and Erin made everything easy for me. Thank you so much for your efforts, patience, and understanding in helping me get "home" again!

Review We had such a wonderful experience working with Erin as our real estate agent. From the start, it was clear that her top priority was our comfort and happiness in finding the right home. She truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. When we toured properties, she came fully prepared with printed listings and pencils for us to take notesaEUR"such a thoughtful and professional touch. She also connected us with a network of trusted professionals to help along the way, which made the experience so much smoother and less stressful. Erin was kind, responsive, and incredibly thorough. If we ever had a question she couldn't immediately answer, she always found the right person who could. Thanks to her guidance and negotiation skills, we were able to secure a great price on a home we absolutely love. Were so grateful for Erins support and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated and caring agent.
