They say when people write a long review its a testament of a positive or negative experience. Well I can tell you its the former. Erin and I connected over a year ago and I was indecisive as to whether or not I wanted to sell and concerns about whether or not she was a good agent who knew what she was doing and would provide the best recommendations based on what I desired. Well after meeting with an agent who gave me a book titled the unsellable property, who quoted what he could put in my pocket without even seeing my property and then after seeing gave me outdated comparables and another who without even listing my property suggested a short sale. I decided to reach back out to Erin It was one of the best decisions that I made. From the very beginning she was transparent and upfront. She asked me what I wanted as the outcome from the sale meaning how much I wanted back after all costs were paid. She then said ok let me do a walkthrough of your property and see if what you are asking for makes sense. She provided honest feedback and guidance and listed my properly at a figure that made sense. Within a few days of listing I received several offers. Erin took the time to review every single offer with me and talked through the pros and cons of every offer. She pointed out that sometimes the highest offer may not be the best that its its a buyer whos gaslighting you. I listened to her recommendations and also went with the real estate attorney she provided. Note she gave me two options and again provided the pros and cons for both. Erin and her team made the process painless - a concern of my husband. She made it efficient and was there with us every step of the way. Another plus she knew the area and some of the sellers. The shenanigans that they could through at you as a seller who may not know all of the pitfalls when selling your home. Note this was not my first rodeo selling or buying a property. I would a 1000% recommend her. Shes top notch at her game.
