ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Erin for 3 years as we looked to buy a place on the shoreline. She spent countless hours showing us places and worked with us to make an offer. When we got some information during inspection that ended in our rescinding our offer, Erin was helpful, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient throughout the process. For the next 2 years, Erin kept in touch with us, checking in and offering helpful advice. When we reached out to her again, we were looking to buy on a short timeline. In addition to showing us what was on the market, Erin found us houses that were about to come on the market and those that were no longer on the market but the owners will still looking to sell. Her knowledge of the market is excellent and above all we never felt any kind of pressure from her. She is extremely professional but also very approachable and friendly. We loved working with Erin and have already recommended her to our friends!A Added bonus is that her husband Ryan is an amazing contractor who often came to houses with us to give us his opinion and estimates on renovations. He completed a reno for us on a short timeline and did an amazing job. They are a great duo - anyone would be in good hands with the Connelly's.
