She took the time to understand who we are, what we needed, and what was important to us. She was blunt when she needed to be, pointing out problems in houses that we thought we could make work. She was a cheerleader, picking us up when someone swooped in to snipe a sale. I have not met another realtor that I would want to work with exclusively. She had been recommended by a friend of mine, and we agreed to give her a try during our initial search. He told me, "ok, but you'll stick with Erin." He's been buying and selling real estate with he for more than a decade. I sincerely doubt we'll ever use anyone else.

She was, by far, the best realtor we have ever worked with. In person, she communicated professionally ,and she was extremely kind and personable. Erin did her best to find houses that met our specific wants and needs. She always responded to our phone calls, emails, and texts in a timely manner, even on weekends. When communicating to other agents and sellers on our behalf, she went above and beyond to explain the special terms of our offer thoroughly. This helped to avoid any miscommunication and provide reassurance to the sellers. It wasn't for another 7 months that we found our current house, but Erin was extremely patient and understanding the entire time. She never once pushed us to get an house that did not meet our needs. I had her search, meet and show me homes from Royal Oak to Fowlerville and not once did she complain, cancel or not show. Erin Cameron was our realtor, over the 9 months it took to have the bank approve the loss they were taking Erin was a rock for us. We were frustrated beyond belief, but she was always there to cheer us up and even took us out to look at other houses during the waiting process. We were just set on "that" house and Erin always stayed in contact with the selling agent and us at least weekly. Honestly it was probably way more often. We have since referred her to my cousin and my parents, who also had extremely good results with Erin. Truthfully, I do not see myself moving unless for location due to work, but if that happens I know Erin will be there for us again.
