ReviewErin had been highly recommended to me by my daughter as she had been considering selling her own home. We will be eternally grateful for hiring Erin and her team! I had been living in my home for almost 35 years, raised a family with my husband and realized that, upon becoming a widow and retiring, I needed to simplify my life with a smaller house. This was a highly emotional and time consuming move, and Erin and her team met with us and gave us very thorough advice based on the current housing market in our area, what changes to make the best presentation of our property, and answered our many questions. Erin also advertised our home with a great description of our property, accompanied by excellent photos and videos taken by their photographer. In addition, she and Lance had a team that made repairs, helped clean and stage our home. We had several showings and offers within the first 3 days and were able to close in record time. We also had help with all the legal aspects of closing. Erin and Lances advice and availability were also very important in helping me narrow down my search for a new home where I am happily living now. Review Erin and her team were absolutely fantastic! They were patient with us as we searched for our new home, and when we found it, they were quick to act. The contract we wrote was perfect and won the bid without overpaying. On the listing side, Erin gave us amazing advice to make our home more attractive without breaking our budget. We priced it perfectly and sold it for way more than we were expecting. When you pay a realtor, you want someone who will work hard for you. I really feel like Erin's commission paid for itself. She puts back the money you spend back to you: from the price point, negotiations, staging, cleaning, more negotiations (she's GOOD at it!), and even some surprise gifts at the end! You will not regret working with Erin!!

We looked at many properties and then, she brought me the PERFECT townhome listing. I was so excited and was desperate to get it. I made my offer, and Erin went above and beyond to close the deal. Throughout my purchasing process Erin answered a million questions from me with the patience of a zen master. And she provided an excellent mortgage lender to work with. Review We sold/bought homes in the Midtown development within a 2 month period. Erin and her team are so buttoned up, even when we had to change our timing, that I wasn't frazzled at all with either process. We knew exactly what was happening at all times, and Erin is very quick to respond even when she's managing multiple properties. Her network of buyers brought us 2 offers in the first weekend. Her negotiation skills got us $$$ and extras on our newly built home. Both transactions were seamless and we couldn't be happier with her as our realtor.

Review My wife and I moved to Midtown (67th & Pecos) in 2013 and have enjoyed the community and surrounding areas. When we decided to look for a home with a bit more space than our Brookfield Tealight aEUR" we started going to open houses and were fortunate to meet Erin Brumleve. We used Erin as a transaction broker for a Brookfield Signature model she was selling in Midtown and closed on the deal in July of 2017. Throughout the process, we always felt that she and the Innova8 team were on top of their game! Very responsive and looking out jointly for the sellers and us and buyers. We would not hesitate using Erin again for either buying or selling.

Review Erin is a real pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and always quick to respond to whatever questions we had. She definitely works hard for her clients and helped us down to the final walkthrough of our new home and even helped point out additional things we didn't notice that needed to be fixed before our closing. She fights for her clients so you don't have to. It's nice having her on your side for an already exhausting experience that comes with buying a home. Review Who knew that buying a house in Denver could be so fun. I was really anticipating the buying process to be incredibly arduous with dozens of viewings and being out bid just as many times. Erin helped my husband and I navigate the waters effortlessly and with an incredible amount of grace. Start to finish, our house hunting to purchase took six weeks.Erin and her team made themselves so accessible to us whenever we had questions, needed to schedule viewings, or needed to sign documents. Review Erin did a wonderful job helping us sell our rental property-but before that she put up with us just trying to decide exactly what we were going to do. Our initial plan was to sell our current house and find a new property---so she took us to see a variety of homes. We then realized we had it better than we thought and instead made the decision to sell a rental to fund a addition to our current property. Even though the process was not straight forward and we had her changing directions several times, Erin was always helpful and attentive. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a real agent.

Keller Williams is a professional company and they made up a great listing with gorgeous photos that helped drive buyers to our home. They have a strong online presence, which is where it is at in real estate today. Erin did everything she could to facilitate peaceful negotiations with difficult buyers and sellers on both of our properties. We ended up making more on our property than we original thought possible. We also successfully negotiated a better price on the property we purchased. Review We would like to share our experience with Erin; the Realtor for Keller Williams. She knows the City very well; she used that knowledge to help us search for a house that would meet our familys needs and desires. Before we moved to Colorado we had to search for a house on the internet; what impressed us the most was how this realtor would go to the houses that we thought we wanted and video tape the home and send us a video picture of that home.
