ZillowVERIFIEDWe aren't sure where to begin in our praise of working with Erin during our home buying process. Her level of expertise and professionalism made our experience pleasant and as stress free as possible. Her communicate skills with not only us, but with the selling realtor, loan officer, and lawyers, was impressive and made us glad and reassured to have her as our realtor. She was easy to reach and quick to respond at all times. Erin guided us in every step of the way and joined us at many open houses during our long search for the perfect home. She was especially helpful in the negotiating process and we truly feel our offer was accepted in part because of Erin's experience and expansive knowledge of the housing market. We can not say enough positive things about Erin and would HIGHLY recommend using her as a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Erin is the most patient real estate agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She made the process fun and informative, always ensuring that we were finding exactly what we were looking for, without us feeling any pressure into making a move until we were comfortable. Her advice was direct and honest and incredibly valuable. Despite knowing that she was working with several home buyers while juggling several of her own listings, I never once felt unimportant or ignored or as though I was bothering her throughout the process. I would recommend her (and often do!) to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
