ZillowVERIFIED Erin made buying my first home effortless. We went over what I was looking for, went through a few likes and dislikes and she knew exactly what type of house I wanted immediately. She found my perfect house in record time considering how hot the market is. All this and I feel like I didnt have to do anything but click a few buttons on my phone. Erin is the only realtor youll ever need, highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED I wouldnt recommend anyone else besides Erin. Extremely helpful, professional, very knowledgeable, and truly cares about making sure her clients are happy and getting or selling for what they want and genuinely making sure they are taken care of! She made our first-time home buying process as stress free as she could and I wouldnt have had it any other way! After we closed we honestly missed talking to her every day but even after we closed if we had a question about anything she didnt hesitate to get right back with us to answer it!! Love her, she rocks!!

ZillowVERIFIED Erin was wonderful to work with on both my condo sale & new home purchase! Even though I'm in the mortgage business she guided us along every step of the way & was always available for questions or just to chat about the process. I highly recommend Erin as a knowledgeable, no pressure, down to earth realtor!!

ZillowVERIFIED To anyone looking for a realtor, stop looking and call Erin Allen. From the beginning, middle, to closing, she made the process absolutely flawless, stress-free and fun. We looked forward to looking at houses each time. The education she shared made it feel like we were buying our fifth house not our first. Upon closing she made sure we were 100% prepared and that there were no surprises. She wont let you down!

ZillowVERIFIED We were 1st time home buyers. Erin took me by the hand and helped me find everything we were looking for. She is so sweet, knowledgeable, caring, down to earth, and became a good friend! With every bump we hit she was right there with me. She told me, "we got this!" And she was right. She worked continuously to make things happen for us. We were blessed to have her reccomended to us. Even more blessed to gain her as a friend. I HIGHLY recommend Erin!!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Erin told me not to worry. She had this. I had been stressing over this estate sale for over a year. She told me she would have it sold in 60 days or less, but, more like 30! We had an offer before it was listed! Then we had multiple offers and this was not a perfect house by the way. I would definitely recommend Erin Allen to all my friends!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Erin was fantastic and worked with us every step of the way. She went above and beyond our expectations and worked hard to get us an offer and work with us through the sale and closing process. 10/10 if we ever end up owning and wanting to sell another home in Iowa, we would absolutely choose Erin again!

ZillowVERIFIED Erin was so patient with us while we were house hunting as well as when we were going through the buying process and had endless questions. She always made us feel like a priority and never like an inconvenience. She sold our home and got us in our new home all within less than 2 months. Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED I was a first time home buyer looking for something modest. Erin was quick to understand what I was looking for and very quick to share new listings and set up viewings. She was patient as she walked me through the process as I was inexperienced. She quickly responded to my texts, calls, and emails. She was helpful, kind, and I couldnt have asked for the process to go smoother. I would sincerely recommend Erin to anyone looking for a wonderful home buying experience!

ZillowVERIFIED Erin helped me and my wife oversee all the details of selling and buying, which began with months of soft looking just for fun until something close to perfect came up and she helped us get the home of our dreams. She was very accommodating and made it a simple transaction! Will work with her again if I ever need another realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Erin assisted me in purchasing my first home. She was knowledgeable, patient, and honest. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, and was the support I needed during the time we looked at houses. After only looking at three houses, we found my dream home. Erin made sure the purchase was speedy and stress free, while also making sure I had all the details on the next steps. I would go to Erin again for the purchase of another home, if she hadnt already located my forever home for me.
