ZillowVERIFIED Although these agents are very knowledgeable, and generally nice people, Id have to say that in my buying process, they fell flat I dont blame them for the issues I ended up having with my home, but I do feel the need to point out that when issues started to arise they never offered any help what so ever, but only to provide information over the selling party. Mr. Santana assured us that it was a good home and went as far as to check the house itself and recommend an inspector, all the while telling us things he noticed that needed fixing. Yet after many years in working in real estate didnt seem put off by the fact that the seller was complying with all our demands, never giving a second thought to why the were so accommodating. My husband and I ended up paying the price for that negligence. I would only really recommend them if youre looking for general information over the buying process, they are knowledgeable and always accessible when you have questions, but I would not buy a house with them ever again or even recommend them to a friend of mine. I really regret having listened when they were referred to me.

ZillowVERIFIED I am a first time homebuyer and was very uneducated and had no knowledge of the financing, home selection, negotiation or any other aspect of this process and Erika took me and my partner "by the hand' and walked us through this process from start to finish. The seller Ryan Lane of Patronus LLC. was by far the most obnoxious, unresponsive and uneducated broker, seller in all aspect of home sells and Erika's expertise, knowledge and talent was able to overcome the many shortcomings and setbacks created by this Broker/Seller Mr. Lane. She referred us to one of the most talented and hardworking Loan Originators - Scott Sears of Commonwealth Mortgage who along with Erika made this almost impossible experience, not only tolerable but joyous in the end. The seller Ryan Lane did not fulfill his obligations of the contract and left us with a haphazard paint job at best, a still broken bathroom window and a nasty, disgusting stove and refrigerator with his left over food in it on the day of closing, Erika not only provided a cleaning service and painter to fix his mess she also helped us take the disgusting refrigerator out of our home and left us a gift basket to boot. I more than highly recommend Erika Santana and the Santana team I suggest you don't try to buy a house without them.

The Buyer's used NACA for assistance with the purchase which made the sale a bit more complex and lengthy. They held our hand throughout the process in a very professional manner. Their industry knowledge was tested and they responded without hesitation. We really appreciate constant follow up not just with us but also with keeping the Buyer's agent honest and responsive.
