We worked with Erika on three separate home sales and 2 home purchases in 2025, and I truly cannot imagine having gone through those experiences with anyone else. Erika was recommended to us by a relative. She exceeded expectations in our experience. During a strong Seller's market when Buyers had a difficult time finding and getting offers accepted, she steered us through the process with expertise. One day when she was showing us a property, we mentioned a townhouse we had only seen in internet pictures. We essentially had taken it off our list because of what the internet showed. Erika suggested that we just take a look. Once we did, we knew it was for us. She then skillfully guided us through the whole process as our Buying Agent in that strong Seller's market.
