Being out of the country I could not be there for the selling of my property. Erika was my Realtor both for buying and selling of the apartment. She took care of the apartment as her own, and let me know what needed to be done in order to show well. When there was any issues with the building or the contract, she made sure it was taken care of. Kept me informed regarding Association and even spoke to the contractors who were working on the building. Next time for buying or selling, she is Agent again.
