Erika and her team did an outstanding job! She worked diligently and professionally in listing, marketing, and selling our property. When receiving an offer late in the evening she promptly forwarded it for our review. We wrote back with some questions after 10 pm hoping for an answer the following day. Erika replied immediately with a thorough, concise, and professional opinion on the offer and how to proceed. By 11pm we had a contract to sign and by midnight an accepted signed contract from the buyer.
