We were selling a house with no aEURoecompsaEUR? in a market with rapidly rising interest rates. We had to rely completely on Eriks recommendations for list price and timing of the listing. Our house sold on the 3rd day, 3% above list. We are extremely pleased with the outcome, and it is because we followed Eriks advice.

ZillowVERIFIEDIt is such a leap of faith to cold call a realtor to represent you. From the moment we made that first call until the day we closed on our property, we knew our choice to go with Erik Winegarden and his team was the right decision. Kelly Johnson worked with us throughout the process and was so capable and welcoming that we felt we knew her for years. Her quick action and expertise allowed us to look at a property, make an offer and accept the offer all in one day. As a result, we are the happy owners of our dream retirement home. We highly recommend these realtors!

ZillowVERIFIED We are senior citizens who were ready to sell our home. Erik is /was our realtor and this gentleman guided, advised, and gave us highly skilled referrals for the necessary things we needed to take care of . He explained everything in a very detailed and professional manor. Gave us a time frame that worked for us. Erik had a professional photographer who not only took amazing photos but Erik had a virtual tour of our home that was so very impressive that our home sold within THREE days of it on their sight. He has an amazing team that is very informed and so very helpful and kind and respectful. Erik always had our back through the entire procedure and sale. Thank you ever so much, Erik and your teamSincerely,Orville & Audrey

ZillowVERIFIED I was referred to the Winegarden Team by my boss who also used them when buying his home. The team was very helpful in finding my first home for me. I looked at a number of homes in the southwest side of Minneapolis both houses that I suggested as well as they suggested to fit my needs. I worked with an associate of the team directly however both Erik and Greg called me on occasion to check in and see if there was anything that they could assist with. I would definitely use them in the future if for some reason I want to move out of my awesome bachelor pad.

ZillowVERIFIED I know everybody knows a guy in real estate, but if you want THE guy go to Team Winegarden!!! As a first time home buyer I didn't know what to expect, and had a ton of questions. Erik and his team were there for me every step of the way. They broke everything down so that I knew exactly where we stood in the process and answered my calls, texts, emails, tweets, and smoke signals immediately, no matter what time of the day. Buying a home can be stressful and scary, but Erik and his team made me feel so comfortable and excited about it all. I highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in buying or selling a home!!!

ZillowVERIFIED As personal representative for my mother's estate, I was looking for an agent that would go the extra mile to help me represent and sell my mothers property. Erik and his team responded immediately to any questions or problems I had and worked to do the best they could for me.They were very knowledgeable and encouraging throughout the whole process. The property was facing foreclosure and I thought that may be the only solution, however, the property was sold for a profit and I was amazed and completely satisfied with how they handled everything to a completion for what was needed. I would definitely recommend Winegarden Realty to anyone planning on selling their home or property and plan on doing so to anyone I encounter that is looking for an agency to represent them. I can only say thank you for all the work you have done!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED We recently purchased our first home with Erik and had an A+ experience. The market we were looking in was super competeiive and Erik made us feel very comfortable. He helped us make informed decisions in what can usually be a very stressful time. He made special trips and went out of his way several times. I think his network of connections and his team are also what sets him apart. He connected us with a Bell Mortgage whom he had clearly worked with and had a great relationship. Erik and his assistent Kelly really helped communicate with us when it came time to negotiate about certain things after the inspection process!Overall, I would recommend this team to anyone who would like to buy or sell their home!!

ZillowVERIFIED Erik and Greg helped me and my husband purchase our first home. We moved from out of state and they made our home buying process smooth and exceptionally convenient. We truely appreciated that they took the time to get to know us and help us find the best home for us. We never felt we missed out on any other homes, they showed us a variety of available homes in our price range and desired location. Also they were dedicated to working flexible hours and work with our schedule, which included weekend.Another great thing about working with Erik and Greg is their willingness to share their knowledge with us. If they saw something that would likely need updating, they let us know and we would consider to make sure we stayed in budget. We ultimality decided to build a home. Each process of building our new home was handled in a professional manor and Erik and Greg were there every step of the process. We recommend Erik and Greg to all of our family and friends, and we will use them again if we decide to sell and move.

ZillowVERIFIED Me and my fiance were looking for a way to sell a rental property that she bought a little over a year ago. She was losing income monthly and the frustrations of trying to keep it rented out and up to par was just unreal. We spoke with Erik one day, a Thursday I do believe and by the very next day emails were being exchanged along with documentation about the house. We came to a price of what we thought the house was worth and the money that was put into it. Within two weeks we had a firm offer. Several people looked at the house withing the first couple weeks as well. Honestly it was unreal how fast and easy the whole process was. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

ZillowVERIFIED I am new to the realm of selling a home and Erik and his team made it absolutely stress free for me. I was able to put my house on the market without any worry about what the next step was. All of the questions I had, even when they may have been a little redundant, were answered quickly and in terms I could actually understand. Erik was always available to answer questions and gave me great advice for what was best for ME. I am so thankful for that. It was only a matter of weeks before my house was receiving an offer close to our asking price. Definitely will be using them in the future and would recommend them to everyone in the market looking to buy or sell!

ZillowVERIFIED My girlfriend, Caron and I worked with Erik, and he set up everything to the initial consultation about the whole process to the final closing, and it all went without a hitch. Caron and I knew exactly what was going on at all times plus if we had any questions or concerns, Erik was always available to answer and explain everything. His attention to detail was also much appreciated. We also liked how he got us the price that we wanted to pay for our townhome quickly and smoothly! Erik knows what he is doing, and so does his staff. They made the whole process work real well for Caron and I. We definitely would highly recommend Erik and his company to our friends and family if they were in need of someone to help them in their home buying experience! Thank you Erik!!!Mark A. Will
