About Erik Vanston
As a 3rd generation agent working full-time since 2012, my clients will benefit from my diligence when reviewing contracts and how they can negotiate the best options from the transaction. Prior to acquiring my license, I found it incredibly beneficial and advantageous to learn a trade. Therefore I have an Associate Degree in Plumbing and HVAC, and am a Journeyman after completing a 5yr apprenticeship in the Plumbers / Pipefitters Local Union 524. Obtaining these required many hours on residential and commercial/industrial new construction jobsites allowing me to have advanced insight about the workings of a home or building.
