They listed and SOLD our property for a lot more than we thought possible or expected......... and within 4 days!!!!!And they didnt just slap it online and sit!We have moved 7 times in the last 8 years. So we have had a lot of experience with MANY realtors. With our experiences we found that a lot of the time realtors just slap your listing on the MLS/internet and arent pro active about it. We would have to repeatedly call for updates on ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING. In this process we would try to find the aEURoelowest commissionaEUR? agents because we were so frustrated with this principle!So unless you listed your house really well priced or practically give it away, it could possibly sit a while on the market...forcing you to constantly lower the price. (when using agents who arent proactive or dont seem to care about your listing). This we had happen a couple times, and in so doing had to repeatedly lower the price losing well over what we saved using a lower commission agent. NOT THE CASE WITH THE ANDERSONS. What was the difference you may ask......???????They staged the house and marketed the house anywhere you can think of.....showed it at the drop of a hat if needed.....would follow up on EVERY showing on how it went with potential buyers, etc. Gave repeated updates on anything and everything WITHOUT being asked. Are very knowledgeable and incredible negotiators/realtors, helping you get out what you put into your house. All of what we aEURoepersonallyaEUR? had to bug our previous agents about on every transaction. I will never search for other agents to buy or sell again!WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!
