We were also prepared for the current housing market and knew that price was at the top end. We also knew that the average time to sell a home in the Pensacola area was somewhere around 50+ days and we were prepared for that. What we weren't prepared for was getting the price we were looking for and having our home under contract in 7 days!!! ZillowVERIFIED Worst realtor ever! Ignores text messages and does not return calls, even during the negotiation process when communication is critical. I was trying to sell a waterfront building lot in Navarre, FL. He latched onto a potential buyer and kept telling me to stick with it despite repeated extensions and delayolutely no communications. The buyer wanted to do a VA loan to both finance the lot as well as the construction loan. What Erick didn't know is that most reputable builders will not work on a VA loan because they use their own standards about draws, change orders, etc. Also, I found out from the TITLE COMPANY two days before closing that the buyer needed yet another extension. I was appalled that I found this out from the title company and not my agent. Again, lack of communication and VERY unprofessional. Needless to say, the deal fell through at the last minute. I fired Erick Hansen and hired a professional realtor who I am much more confident with. Do not use Erick Hansen as your realtor. He will only waste your time and fail to even return your calls.

Courtney got the process started by informing of the steps and the comps. Angie took over with looking at the residential property, let me know what repairs would enhance the sale, and had attractive pictures taken for posting. Once we had a buyer (in 1 week), Holly and the title company processed the paperwork very smoothly. (A lot of details) Each of these team members responded promptly to emails from me concerning specific details. The house settled in ~3 weeks from the bid submission at a price I was very happy with! And for only a little under our asking price.
