Erik is an amazing real estate agent! We choose Erik to list the house first and foremost because of his 'can do attitude' and attention to detail. He is professional, passionate and motivated. He provided first class advertising (Architectural Digest and the Wall Street Journal) as well as a professionally staged promotional video and brochure. His suggestions to prepare the house for market really paid off. When it came to personal attention Erik gets 5 stars plus some. Erik and all his associates and staff were attentive, helpful, and got the job done whether it was simply checking on the house, letting in a workman and inspectors, or answering questions about documents. Being out of town sellers, this was invaluable. I would recommend Erik Berg to all my friends.

We would definitely recommend Erik and his team to our best friends , business associates, and general public. He and his team are very thorough, knowledgeable, and pay attention to the smallest details. Erik and I had been in touch months before we decided to buy, and I threw out some thoughts on what I thought were the most important details in a future home. He knows the entire area very well, this was very helpful in our discussions. When we were ready we looked at 3 houses. The 3rd one said, "Home" as soon as we walked in the door. Needless to say, I LOVE my house and it is perfect for us and our family. Erik walked us through the process, making sure that everything was addressed in a timely matter and there weren't any surprises at the end that caused a lot of scrambling. No surprises! His list of referrals for services needed when purchasing a home is solid and he only recommends companies that he has had positive experiences with. The entire process was positive. If we decided to sell our perfect home and look for another, we will definitely work with Erik again!

I've dealt with a lot of RE agents in my life and most are just looking to get a commission. Erik is the opposite. He's always looking out for YOUR best interest. He will give you inside knowledge that will protect your investment. He is always trying to get a better value for you. During the negotiation process, he is willing to sacrifice his own interests for yours. It would be nice to have an agent like him back home. Anyway, he's created a customer and friend for life.
