ZillowVERIFIED We met Ericka by happenstance and we couldn't have been in better hands during the process of shopping for and buying a new home AND selling our condo. It was not an easy process from start to finish but Ericka stood by us, answered all our questions, encouraged us when we were discouraged and kept us on track. We are so happy in our new home and we have Ericka to thank for our little slice of country heaven!

ZillowVERIFIED Ericka sold our home in Grand Blanc. I would recommend Ericka to any person that wants professional service with a great attitude. Ericka is a hard working, honest, and very personable in her approach. We discussed the options available to us, with her input, and sold the house in 3 (that is right three) days, above asking price. You will get great communication, honest answers, and a great sales agent with Ericka. Am I boasting about her? You bet, because I believe in her.

ZillowVERIFIED After moving from out of state we wanted someone knowledgeable of the area that we felt we could trust. Ericka became that and so much more. She really went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable with the entire home buying process. I cannot express how much she alleviated our fears by listening to our wishes and providing the right wisdom when it was needed.Ericka is truly a step above the rest and I will be recommending her services to any and all house hunters or sellers I meet.

ZillowVERIFIED Very hard working agent! Takes pride in her job, and very eager to please. She was able to sell our home in less than 1 month. We were very pleased with her dedication to sell our home!

ZillowVERIFIED Highly recommend Ericka. She was very thorough in her comps and the only agent we interviewed that looked close at our immediate area and didn't compare to houses with less property and features. She was very respectful to our needs and treated us great. Do not consider selling in the area until you speak with Ericka!

ZillowVERIFIED I can not say enough about Ericka. She was fantastic through a very long purchasing process. Some of the follow up she needed to do with the other agent's office was tough and she did a fantastic job. The sellers agent was not responding, but Ericka made it all happen.. We are so thankful for Ericka as she worked so hard and made it happen for us. She also made herself available when we where hunting for homes. She is very knowledgable and passionate about what she does. If I need another agent she will be the first we call.
