I've been in Real Estate for about 2 1/2 years. I recently made the transition from Re-Sale with Keller Williams to New Home Sales... I am currently with the staffing agency J Williams and have worked with Toll Brothers, Richmond Homes, Watt Communities and Pacific Communities. As a New Home Sales Consultant my duties are as follows:

•Provide home buyer with helpful and exciting experience by showing homes that fit their needs and informing them of all benefits, products and possibilities of buying with our company.
•Maintain working knowledge of company home layouts, options, site maps and community information.
•Providing outstanding customer service
•Helped Clients with assisting with the selection of floor plans, lot selection and resolving customer service.
•Greet visitors and give information on new home releases.
•Keep weekly and monthly activity reports.
• Coordinate appointments and follow-ups as needed to show homes to prospective buyers.
