We were not sure about buying a home yet or waiting a few more months, but after Erick showed us what was out there in our price range and also gave us great insight into current first-time homebuyer programs, we found our perfect starter home. The process with him was really easy. Any homes we had questions on, he had answers ASAP and always made us feel like a priority. When we found our home and started the negotiations, he was able to get us a great deal and was able to negotiate seller concessions which covered all of our closing costs and some repairs! Also with the first time home buyer program he informed us about it covered part of our down payment. We would not have known about the program if it wasn't for Erick. We were highly satisfied with his services and recommend Erick!
