Joe did a wonderful job for us. He is very thorough when showing property, making sure you see potential problems as well as pointing out the good things. Went way above and beyond to the point of helping us scrape and paint (required by bank) for5 or 6 hours in a heat wave!! Never worked with a realtor that was so kind and thorough and helpful.
