Went way above and beyond to the point of helping us scrape and paint (required by bank) for5 or 6 hours in a heat wave!! Never worked with a realtor that was so kind and thorough and helpful.

Joe is the best! I couldnt have asked for a better agent for the first time purchasing a home. I know I can be very demanding and hard to work with sometimes and he still came through he agreed to go out of his usual area for showings just to accommodate me. Wed meet up hours away some days. When I asked questions he was honest and very opinionated about certain home, he thought me a few things, very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Trust me you want Mr. Phillips on your team he will help you get to your rainbow and pot of gold. When I decide to do this again or sell, I will be choosing Joseph.
