Erica also assisted in selling my home at the same time of looking for my new home. She works well with other real estate agents to communicate with potential buyers. Any questions you have during the sell or purchase of your home, Erica is willing to help answer or give guidance. When searching for a lender, she has great options to suggest for you to utilize and decide between. These lenders will work with you to provide rates, estimated costs and options. We were on our way to see homes when she sent us one that was in a town we had said no to. Seeing how beautiful it was, we begrudgingly drove the extra 15 minutes to see the house in person. She nailed it. She figured out my need of historical value and the ability to feel semi-secluded while being close enough to be able to walk to markets, coffee shops, antique shops, etc. She did all this while understanding my husbands need to have an upgraded home with minimal work.
