She got mad when I tried to offer her that info from the appraisal to help her for future clients. She then said false things in her emotional response for not hiring her. I do not recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Erica was so helpful in getting me in to a home way quicker than I expected. I had heard horror stories about the process taking months but we found a new home in just over 2 weeks. There was not a time where I wanted to see a house and Erica said I had to wait more than 5-6 hours, she always made sure I was able to see any place I wanted asap. Erica also made the closing process simple by handling all the inspection scheduling and other closing activities associated with the realtor. Erica went above and beyond as well when working with a stubborn sewer inspecting services that I cant imagine any other realtor doing.

She plays chess with real estate and always kept us one move ahead other couples bidding on the house. She's as available as a person that's not an on-call doctor can be. If you need something done in person, she's already out the door and in the car to meet you. It results in unmatched customer service. He'll, she still treats us to client appreciation events and never stops sending gifts and cards for things. You're definitely part of the family with her group. Erica's breadth of knowledge and manner of dealing with everything from the mortgage process up through inspection put us at ease. She'll walk newbies like us through every step without getting frustrated when we still don't understand the industry jargon. We continue to rely on her for countless little resale value questions as we take on home improvement projects. She's as courteous as can be, but will cut right through the fake pleasantries.
