Besides being a delight to work with, Erica was able to draw on her knowledge of the financial tools and real estate regulations to craft a deal that let us take money from the re-fi, obtain a new loan, and apply some existing resources to get it done. Erica was diligent in her advocacy for us to the lenders, and in keeping us informed, which left us with little to do other than sign the paperwork.
