ZillowVERIFIED We reached out to Erica Rose to assist my parents in selling a home that my father had inherited. My parents are elderly and have never sold any real estate in their lifetime. They were very nervous in not knowing the process that takes place and had delayed this process for many years because of that. Over the years I have personally sold and purchased a few homes and have had the experience of working with several realtors, whom I thought were extremely helpful with my transactions. I assumed this experience with Erica would be close to the same. However, I was wrong. It was nowhere near the same. Erica displayed efforts that went above and beyond any real estate experience I have ever had - making the process so personable and seamless for my parents. Words cant even describe how impressed I am with her knowledge, attention to detail, work ethic, and dedication to her clients. Honestly, sometimes I think we were hard to deal with because we wanted to see houses later on at night after work, but Erica was always ready to show them to us and was very flexible with meeting us! We stayed in contact pretty much every single day for 30 days. She went above and beyond with the negotiation, getting us exactly what we wanted! She helped us find out about the utilities, daycares, school, etc even when she didnt have to go that extra mile for us!
