Michele is wonderful to work with. We worked with her 5 years ago to purchase the home we currently live in. When we decided to sell our second property she was our first call. She gave us great tips on getting the home ready, held multiple open houses and colalborated with other agents selling in the same area, and monitored the market constantly. She was always in touch with us on what was going on in the market and what she was hearing within her agency. Whenever we reached out to her, Michele was quick to reply. She is also up front and honest when asnwering with good guidance. Getting through the offer and closing was smooth. Not that we are in a rush, but if we need to sell or buy again, Michele will be our first call again.

Michele did a phenomenal job of both selling our home for top dollar, while also helping us navigate the purchase of a beautiful new build. This our the second home buying/selling experience that we have used her. She provided great advice on how to best show our listed home that ultimately led to us closing in less than 3 days with an offed $20k over asking. Her keen eye of reviewing contracts also saved us from over spending on unnecessary charges during our new home purchase.
