We found out our bid was not taken because the Realtor app said it was under contract. It was very disrespectful to our realtor and to us, the buyers. We won't be looking at any other houses she represents.

ZillowVERIFIED Being first time home owners, the process was pretty nerve racking and emotional. We were working with another realtor for a year and by the end of that year, we were drained. Our broker recommend Erica and within 3 months we were owners of our first home. She cut right to the chase, understood our finances and knew what we were looking for. I respect her authenticity and understand what we could afford verses what would give her the bigger pay. She understood the million texts of random questions and sat with us right to the end of paperwork signing. Made the process so much easier. HIGHLY recommend her.

We developed a strategy together and she aggressively marketed my property. In the end she was able to negotiate the sale while I was 1,500 miles away. Since we did not have an agent of our own, she took over handling everything for us on the buyers side as well. She was always easily reached, she responded quickly to all of our questions, and handled our extremely difficult bank with ease. Erica did everything in her power to make the buying experience quick and painless. I recommend her and her lender contact Peter. If we had gone through her lender, there would have been no issues!

ZillowVERIFIED Contacted Erica and she was very poor at getting back to me about the house I was looking at. She did not answer texts or return calls. My roommate tried contacting to talk about a lease and she did not get back to them, but when I texted her asking if she got the multiple texts and messages she told me she would call the roommate back tomorrow. She clearly saw all of the messages but was not answering them. After saying she would call the next day heard nothing from erica, and when texted heard nothing back. Wasted our time waiting for Erica who never got back to us. I would not recommend going through her to find a house.

ZillowVERIFIED Erica is simply AMAZING! When I began my journey of looking for a home, the first open house I attended was Ericas listing. As a first time home buyer, she graciously answered all my questions and put me on the right track for getting pre-approval. She showed me a few more homes, and in the end I was undecided on what house to choose. Erica never got tired of my requests to see houses. Shes extremely prompt when it comes to responding to text messages, and she always answers her phone. Shes a hard worker who puts in late hours and early mornings to make her clients feel supported during the stressful mortgage process. After I closed on my home, she even referred me to a great contractor who did wonderful work in my home. Its been over six months since closing, and I still communicate with Erica! Shes just that great! Such a wealth a knowledge on all things houses. She is so kind and genuine. Truly a breath of fresh air. If I ever sell or purchase another home, Erica will be the first person I call!

She also was able to guide me through the entire process to purchase that house. She provided me the contact information on a mortgage broker to compare my options. Since the house was not what we wanted, we moved on to the next. In a month, Erica showed us a lot of houses until we she found the one. Erica was knowledgeable, resourceful, proactive and an effective negotiator. We bought the house within our budget and cannot be happier with the experience. This is my third time buying a house and I can honestly say, Erica is an outstanding agent! This was a particularly tedious sale due to the complex loan and she was very often the one to calm my nerves and the first to call me back to answer questions and concerns I had throughout the sale proceans, including things that were not necessarily part of her job description.
