Erica Lanning

I'm very involved in my local community, particularly in Tontitown, where I serve on the Parks and Recreation Board. I've had the opportunity to be involved in conversations and planning around parks, recreation, future development, and ways to create spaces that will serve families as our area continues to grow. Because I work in real estate, I have a unique perspective on growth, land use, development, and what makes a community attractive and livable. I enjoy being able to use that experience outside of my business to help bring ideas forward, connect people, and support projects that can have a lasting positive impact on the community. For me, community involvement isn't just about attending meetings--it's about being invested in where we live and helping shape what it becomes.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and being outdoors. I enjoy biking, trail running, working in the yard, and spending as much time as I can in the sunshine by the pool. We live on 12 acres, so there is always something to do outside, and I genuinely enjoy taking care of the property and enjoying the space and peacefulness that comes with country living.
