Erica was always very responsive if I had questions and reached out to her. I never had to wait long for a reply. She was also great about keeping me informed of new listings coming on the market that I might be interested in. It is evident that Erica is an experienced agent as she was always very knowledgeable about the different areas and neighborhoods around Bloomington/Normal, and she also knew the small details to look for when touring homes. Erica did such a great job with the searching and touring part of the experience, but the offer and acceptance process and her follow through all the way to closing was what really impressed me. She made a typically very stressful process super easy. Erica's communication throughout that process kept me well-informed of next steps and I never had to wonder if I was forgetting something. She was on top of everything and had it all under control. Erica will be the first and hopefully only agent I contact if I decide to put my home on the market in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED There are about 9,000 realtors in the Bloomington-Normal area and I have to say that Erica is the cream of the crop!! Its no wonder why she works for the best because she is the best in the business. Extremely professional and personable. I consider her a good friend after all of this. The best part about her is her patience. Finding the right home was a 2 year process for me and Erica was always readily available when called for assistance. I highly recommend her as your realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Where to begin with such a wonderful realtor? Well first of all how knowledgeable Erica is of this market! She more then exceeded our expectations. She managed to get us in to see a house that the lady had as "not showing that day". Seen it at 10a.m by 11 we were submitting an offer. We knew there was a line of people lined up to see the house the following day so Erica push wrote it up insisting we had an answer by 2 that day. After the offer was excepted Erica handled everything for us and just put us at ease. We always were informed what was happening and why it was or wasn't! Any call or text to Erica was responded to within minutes! The day of our closing during our final walk through Erica showed up looking like she was in so much pain. She explained she threw her back out the week prior. Now we know she has a team of people that she works with and could have easily just sent on of them to the closing but instead showed just how much she cares about her clients. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience! We are now living comfortably in our new home thanks to Erica. Side note- I have bought and sold many of homes. Couldn't have found a better realtor to work with from here on out!

We initially reached out to her while we were in Colorado and making arrangements to move back to Illinois. My husband was going to be traveling to Illinois for a job interview, and she was able to arrange showings at several properties while he was in town. Although we did not find the home we were looking for on that trip, Erica kept in contact and assured us that we would find our perfect home. When we relocated to Illinois, Erica again coordinated showings at multiple homes that we were interested in online. She was very knowledgeable about the properties and the neighborhoods. When we found our future home, Erica helped us determine a competitive offer price, and she helped us counter until we had an accepted offer. Since this was our first home, Erica helped walk us through all of the processes that then followed with purchasing the home, and she explained these processes in ways which were easy to understand. As a result, we had a very positive first time home buying experience, which seemed almost too easy thanks to her!
