ZillowVERIFIED Erica has helped me with my home situations twice now and done a fantastic job both times. This last one was a complicated matter and she navigated it very smoothly and went above and beyond to see the deal through. ZillowVERIFIED Erica is the best She is always a call away and she contacted us when she had someone look at the house we sold! She is amazing, sold our house in 3 days! My family will never use anyone but her! We could only give 5 stars but she is worth way more than that! If you want the best she will do everything in her power to get it done fast!

ZillowVERIFIED Erica listened to my needs and where I wanted to stay locationally. After sending me multiple houses we set out to look at the ones that stuck out. Quickly found a home I loved. However, this house had some things that needed to be fixed and Erica had no issue negotiating for fixes on this house. She was persistent and effective in her negotiating techniques. She is an excellent and very knowledgeable realtor. Would absolutely recommend her and use her again.

ZillowVERIFIED Erica did an amazing job! She was in constant communication with us about what was happening and what our next steps would be. She was quick to get viewings scheduled and would do several in one day so we could efficiently look. With this being our first house, she kept informed us what each next step would be to help elevate some stress. Would 100% use again!

ZillowVERIFIED Ideal Agent linked me up with their realty group after I tried out another group that I was unhappy with. Erica Dickey was extremely professional and helpful throughout the whole process. She explained every step of things clearly and went the extra mile on my behalf to negotiate deals that were favorable for me in first selling my house and then buying another. She was even patient and remained professional when I was indecisive about choosing my new home. It is rare to find people who are so knowledgeable and dedicated to doing their work well that it makes it a pleasure to work with them. Erica exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend her to anyone wanting a great agent!
