ZillowVERIFIEDLooking at a property from out of state. Was told she'd let us know when we could do a tour. Reached out several times WITHOUT a response, however "conveniently" accepted another applicant although the property is still listed, only with raised rental price.

ZillowVERIFIED Erica is the best real estate expert in the area. We used her to sell two homes and she served as our property manager for many years. She is the most knowledgeable and trustworthy real estate professional I have ever worked with.

ZillowVERIFIED Erica was my property manager for the last almost 5 years. As a military member it was beyond comforting having her and Mandi stateside while dealing with the struggles of owning a home while being away in the military. She made selling our property effortless on our behalf. She was always so accommodating and professional. I never felt that I had anything to worry about with her at the helm. I would recommend anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent a home to work through and with Erica and her team. She truly takes care of her customers and their property as if it were her own.

ZillowVERIFIED Erica was great! She has wonderful recommendations for inspectors, home owners insurance, etc. but she also encourages you to look around yourself with no pressure to use her people! She had great knowledge of the area and she is really responsive and quick when you reach out to her. With all of the real estate agents out there, she is definitely someone I would recommend if you want to get a fair deal and have someone look out for your best interests. We have heard horror stories from our friends about how terrible their experience was with their real estate agents, but we lucked out with Erica and have no complaints at all about her phenomenal service! She is very detail oriented and always made sure that if she wasnt available that we were in good hands with another one of her agents. Go with her and I promise you will not be disappointed!!

ZillowVERIFIED Helped me out when no one else would. Went through half a dozen other realtors who just kept giving me the run around. Also very dedicated and informational. Basically held my hand through every step of the process; if you have no idea how to do anything but just want to buy a house, he will help you get it done and tell you everything you need to know.

ZillowVERIFIED Ms. Clark came on as our agent while we were transitioning between property managers. She had a lot to deal with when it came to former tenants. She took charge, prepared our home for sale, and got the home sold.

ZillowVERIFIED Erica Clark is an amazing agent. Her professionalism made a stressful situation easy. I was NOT impressed with the buyer's agent from the big box real estate firm. Thankfully, Erica stayed on top of things and we were able to sell and close on the home in a timely manner. I would highly suggest using this independent firm if you want to be more than a number or dollar sign.

ZillowVERIFIED Erica is a wonderful, caring and dedicated agent. Her knowledge and patience made the stress of buying our first home experience a true joy. The extra hours she put in and always with a smile and never a complaint, going above and beyond what a person would think a real estate agent does is amazing. If we ever decide to sell or buy again, Erica will definitely be the one I call and refer family and friends to.
