I was born to native Southern Californians in Los Angeles and have spent over 33 years in SoCal and has seen 4 different decades in the region; thus watching the greater Los Angeles area and desert areas change economically, culturally and architecturally. Everyone loves asking me about the California lifestyle and where to move, where to eat, where to visit, and fun places to see and be seen. The son of a Marine and a BSN, In my spare time I enjoy oil painting, drawing and writing for The Hollywood Times.

Eric is a Great Realtor! He came to the first appointment with enthusiasm and was very prepared. I signed with him on the same day. He kept me informed of everything as it happened. I cant thank Eric enough for the sale of my grandmas house and helping me and my mom find our forever home. He was able to close a good deal to get me my home I wanted so bad, cause in was in conjunction with the sale of my grandmas home. Everything went well and he was there for me through the whole process. Explain things so I understood the process.
