There were several challenges presented by our buyer along the way but were never daunting to Eric. His military background in The Marine Corps certainly came through as he showed perseverance and an excellent work ethic. We continually inundated him with questions that he was always very happy to humbly and thoroughly answer. I dont know if I have ever experienced such consistent and excellent communication with anyone in my life. Every time I would text or call him with a question, he would always respond within minutes, usually with a phone call to thoroughly explain the answer. He would only respond by text with something that only required a short answer. Eric had our complete trust as we left our million-dollar home in his care as we moved 3,000 miles away. He took care of everything to the last detail and really did so much more than his job required. It started with an interview so Eric could better understand what my goals were with the sale of my home. After the meeting he did some research and came back with a plan. We decided to wait until after the holidays to list my home. It seemed like a great plan until one of his other clients made an offer on my home before we put it on the market. The offer was above our agreed upon listing price. Instead of being greedy and telling me to accept the offer so he can get a better commission, Eric explained the pros and cons of selling my home without putting it on the market before ultimately leaving the decision up to me.
