I decided to sell my Rental Property in Arlington but didnt know where to find a realtor I could trust in the area. I searched Zillow and after reading many reviews, I found the best realtor, Eric Torres. My rent house was built in 1943; it was old, needed paint, repairs, etc. I figured I would never be able to sell it myself. My health was bad and I knew nothing about selling houses. Thats where Eric made it all happen. He made recommendations for some affordable repairs including, external paint, a new dishwasher & bathroom vanity. Before these tasks were all done, Eric already had people inquiring and scheduling showings. I had 2 viewings and offers within a few days. The offers were less than I wanted and told Eric maybe I should go ahead and accept one. He encouraged me to keep showing it and within a few days I got an offer that was more than I had hoped for. Eric walked me through the whole process of selling and closing the contract. I could NOT have sold the house myself and I doubt another realtor could have nor would have worked with me so well. It was a pleasure.

Eric is amazing. We were first time home buyers and were nervous about the process. He and his financial wizard helped us determine how much home we could afford, found us the best loan options, and then patiently showed us house after house until we landed the PERFECT home. He went to bat for us on the negotiations and got the deal we needed done. It didn't stop there. After we moved in, he had a list of people for me to contact for painting, etc that I wanted to do with my new home. I can't say enough about how outstanding Eric is. I plan on staying in the house he helped us buy for many years to come, but I wouldn't trust anyone else to sell it for me when the time comes.
