I recently helped an out-of-state seller who needed to sell their condo remotely. We coordinated everything virtually—using FaceTime for walkthroughs and handling all listing documents electronically. I personally staged the condo, carefully packed away their personal belongings, and created a presentation that showcased the home at its best. Within just two weeks, we secured an offer. After closing, I arranged for all of the seller’s belongings to be packed and shipped safely to their home in Indiana.

I began my real estate career in 2011, teaming up with Michael Renick to form what’s now known as Team Renick at Mangrove Realty Associates. What started as a curiosity about the housing market quickly grew into a passion for helping people achieve their dreams of island living. Over the years, I’ve guided second-home buyers, retirees, investors, and lifestyle changers, with a special focus on condominiums along Longboat Key. I love combining market data with personal service to make the process smooth—and meaningful—for every client.
