Never thought we would be buying a home via FaceTime but here we are in 2020 making that a reality. She made countless visits to the homes we were interested in, investigated the neighborhoods gave reference upon reference to make this transition as smooth of moving to Port Richey from out of state. Genuine good person, tells you the good the bad and even the ugly. Honest and reliable. I would not go with anyone else and will be referring her for all of our family moving to the area.

ZillowVERIFIED We were a young couple with a 1 year old and expecting our second. We were moving to a larger house. We had our house for sale by owner and brad knocked on our door. We decided to go with him based on needing to sell our house because we already found the house we wanted. Brad said that if our house sells "for sale by owner" prior to their sign being posted in our yard then there would be no money taken by Charles Rutenberg. After he left a couple knocked on our door and wanted to buy our house. They offered more than we were asking. I called brad and he started the back peddling the process. He put everything on his boss and said because we talked that we would be responsible for his fee. Needless to say we arrived at my real estate attorneys offices with the buyer and brad showed up wearing shorts and flip flops. The buyer was disgusted with him and expressed her disgust with his evasiveness to a young married couple with a young child and one expecting. He took the $4000 plus check fee for no work from us and walked out of the office. He took advantage of us for not having any knowledge with selling a house. In my opinion brad has no character and should be ashamed of his work ethics. This occurred in the early 2000's but that does not take away from his ability to take advantage of people.

ZillowVERIFIED Brad is AMAZING. We are new to the area and we trusted Brad 100% He always checked out neighborhoods and did his homework before we looked at a home. That to me, is very important. I wanted to be in a safe neighborhood and I needed the honesty because I don't exactly know all the neighborhoods all too well. He was honest enough to say no, you don't want to go there. I didn't question him, just moved on to the next listing. He was always available to answer my text messages, emails or calls. If he didn't know the answer he would find out within minutes. The closing was pretty much painless. I will continue to go to Brad and recommend him to my family and friends. If you want an honest straight up guy, that will get the job done, call him! We are moving into our new home today!

Shoot, the first time we talked, he was out of town so he had his coworker show me houses until he was back in town. Most of the houses we looked at were on the fly, short, quick and to the point. He sells houses well over $1M and yet even though all I had was 150K, he was on it every time I called. TRUE customer service!
