For example, the last day we still had a pile of junk to remove. Eric told me not to worry & he went & handled it himself. The sale went smoothly from beginning to end. The house sold the 1st day it was on the market & for 15k more than what we were asking. He knew exactly what to do to get a house sold quickly. I couldn't have been more grateful. Review Fantastic Realtor! For me Eric Schuell was truly a lifesaver. After having lived thousands of miles away for decades, I was suddenly named Executor for my brother's estate. Unknown to me, over the years he had become a true clinical Hoarder and moreover he had let the old house in which we had grown up in New Haven descend into a dire condition. Eric not only was regularly on site with me to help evaluate any items which might ultimately still be salvageable and of value, he connected with a partner who along with him assisted removal and sale of any salvageable items. He also handled hiring and supervising a removal service with crews to clear out massive truck loads of trash, decaying furniture and even chemical waste from the property leaving it clean to be viewed by a contractor who could then estimate what serious repairs would eventually need be performed. And well aware of the local market values and knowledgeable of potential buyers, he effected a sale of the property at best possible price in "as is" condition which greatly sped up the final sale and eliminated any further expense to me. He was always available to quickly answer any questions and help to respond to any issues as they inevitably arose. I would have been in total despair without his help. I have already recommended him highly and without reservation to any friends I have in the region who may someday need to sell a property of their own. Above and beyond what one might normally think of as simply a Realtor facilitating a sale, Eric was what I would consider a full-service helper, a valued Ally, and now a friend.

He responded to our initial request very quickly and gave us a thorough review and proposal immediately. The documents were quickly received for e-signing. He always got back to us with a text or a call incredibly fast when we had questions. Eric priced our property very fairly and worked quickly to get the photographer in to take pictures and our listing online with no delay. Review I met Eric through my parents. He helped them purchase their condo in Wallingford Connecticut. When I first met him he was super down to earth and loved that I played music.
