ZillowVERIFIEDI would highly recommend Eric Schatz. He represented the seller for the house we bought. After the sale, he was extremely generous in volunteering his time and expertise to help us rent our house. Eric knows the community extremely well, and went out of his way to welcome us.
ZillowVERIFIEDFriendly and knowledgable of the area and property. Even gave us a tour of Ossining. Always available to assist and provided us with other properties after initial showing. Would recommend to anyone.
ZillowVERIFIEDEric did a great job for us, my father and I invest in several rental properties every year, we sometimes purchase in New York and sometimes down South in Florida. We typically reach out to Eric to see if theres any inventory or opportunities in NY. Hes very responsive and aggressive when we submit an offer. Thanks again Eric.
ZillowVERIFIEDEric is fantastic. We interviewed many local realtors, both from large franchises and local companies, when we decided to list our house. Eric by far has the most knowledge of the Ossining market- he truly knows the competition in this area, and listed our house accordingly. We were impatient sellers, as we needed to relocate due to employment, but Eric helped us to navigate the process calmly. He is sincere and honest, and will give you the personal attention you need. I truly cannot say enough good things about Eric and his company. He is a true professional, and because of him, we were able to sell our house for more than we thought we would be able to!
ZillowVERIFIEDEric was very friendly and showed us exactly the types of houses we were looking for in our price range, some newer and some older. He wasnt pushy like many salesmen and worked as a team with my wife and I. He is so knowledgeable about construction and historic house reconstruction that in every house he was able to point out good things and bad about the construction and filled us in on a lot of little tips that we hadnt thought of. When it came time to negotiate, he negotiated strongly and quickly with the sellers. He got us a lower price than we thought wed get including what he thought to counter offer which was lower than their lowest preferred price, he talked them further down. He also helped get the house closed in just over 2 months, which is not easy to do in Westchester. He continues to be gladly available now after weve moved in whenever we have zoning questions or need a referral for work to be done, etc. Overall we couldnt have asked for a better experience in the daunting task of purchasing a home because of Eric.
