From offer acceptance to closing was nearly 3 months due to lender issues but the Ryden team was there the whole time helping guide things through to ensure that we were able to get our dream home. Chad even recommended a local lender who was able to get us closed in less than a month after our previous lender hadn't gotten us there for over 2 months. The knowledge, the responsiveness and the friendliness of Chad and the whole Ryden team were second to none. I would recommend using Chad or Eric to anyone looking for a realtor. My wife and I had one day to look at houses while we were out. We wanted to view a house we saw on Zillow and shortly after Eric contacted us. We told him our situation and what we were looking for. The next day we met with Eric and he had 10 houses for us to look at. I loved his method of looking at houses, it was quick and simple.
