The Ross Realty Group did an amazing job selling our home. We gave them a tight window to make the sale, and they bent over backwards to get the deal done on time. Eric and Deb are incredibly personable, knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. They really take the time and effort to ensure you know what is happening during every step of the process. Being first time sellers, we needed a little bit of extra hand holding, and the Ross Realty Group was happy to do it. It is no wonder they sell so many homes. Their enthusiasm and positive energy are contagious. I even had one woman leaving a showing of our home say, "You have incredible representation." Eric and Deb leave that impression on everyone which always leads to them being able to say the one thing you are holding your breath waiting to hear, "Yup, SOLD."

Eric and Debra Ross provided our family with the highest possible level of professional services in the recent purchase of our condominium town home. Starting in April, by showing us that we would be well qualified to buy a property (as opposed to our initial thought of leasing), Debra and Eric gave us a thorough overview of available properties that matched our criteria and were skilled in educating us about the buying process. How to describe Debra & Eric Ross in a paragraph-wow that is hard as I cannot say enough great things. From start to finish these 2 know how to get it done. They never stress (or at least they never show it) and explain everything so you don't even need to ask any questions. But rest assured, shall you have a question they are open to answering anything and explaining it in ways you will understand (none of that real estate intimidating lingo). They are consummate professionals whom I can't wait to refer over and over again. They are a force to be reckoned with. An extra bonus was we are now life-long friends. When you want your real estate agent whom you talked to sometimes 10x a day to still be in your life that's the ultimate compliment.

Eric and Debra are amazing realtors. From the moment we met them they made my husband and I feel comfortable with the home buying process. We went to numerous listings and all the while they were patient and encouraging. They reminded us that they wouldn't stop looking and they kept their word.
