We cannot recommend Eric enough. He helped my husband and I finally find our home in 2022 through the craziness of the housing market and was so patient throughout the entire process. As first time home buyers, we asked a ton of questions and he answered them all in full transparency- hes super thorough. He went out of his way to show us home tours through FaceTime since we lived 2 hours away, filmed and sent us the tours when we were unavailable, and was extremely flexible to schedule us in person.
