We cannot recommend Eric enough. He helped my husband and I finally find our home in 2022 through the craziness of the housing market and was so patient throughout the entire process. As first time home buyers, we asked a ton of questions and he answered them all in full transparency- hes super thorough. He went out of his way to show us home tours through FaceTime since we lived 2 hours away, filmed and sent us the tours when we were unavailable, and was extremely flexible to schedule us in person. Eric is thoughtful, proactive, honest and knowledgeable. You cannot go wrong with Eric. We HIGHLY recommend him!
