Eric was the best realtor we could have had. We were first time buyers and pretty nervous about the whole process, but Eric walked us through everything so well. We were slow in our decisions, with more than once telling him we needed a month or so break from looking, and he was always so gracious and patient with us, going at our weird pace, and always looking for the perfect house for us. And thats what he found for us... the perfect house!! I totally recommend Eric.

Eric Robirds is an exceptional realtor and we would highly recommend him to anyone in the Big Country. He is very knowledgeable in his field but is also a kind, respectful and honorable person who listens and really hears your needs and wants as a buyer and seller. He bent over backwards looking into homes that were 'outside the box' of what I would see as the normal job description of a traditional realtor. We selected him through Dave Ramsey's list of recommended realtors in our area and are so glad we did, we will work with him again in the future if we ever have need.
