ZillowVERIFIEDEric has sold two houses for us, and both were in a very tough market for sellers. He worked hard to find buyers for both properties. He also worked hard to find lenders for the buyers. Eric was successful in selling our properties because of his persistence and excellent communication skills. Eric takes his job and responsibilities very seriously and has excellence people skills. People want their realtor to be personable, honest, knowledgeable and persistent. Eric is the total package.

ZillowVERIFIED Eric is an amazing realtor!! Earlier this year we chose Eric to list our family home on 10 acres outside of Claremore to settle the family estate. Eric was a pleasure to work with from the beginning to the end of the process. He walked us through everything we needed to do on our end and he provided exceptional service on his part including a very descriptive listing and amazing photos of the home and property. He was always available for a text or phone call when we had questions. With his expertise he walked us through the offer/counter offer process and sold the property for a price everyone was happy with. My family would highly recommend Eric to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you!!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Eric on the purchase of our home was an amazing experience! As a first time home buyer, he answered my numerous questions and put my mind at ease during the process. He is very knowledgeable in the housing market as well as housing renovations. During each showing, I would mention what I would want to change with the space and Eric had the best advice in making it our dream home!

ZillowVERIFIED Buying a home, from what I heard, is a very stressful and frustrating process. But working with Eric made the whole process a worthwhile experience, especially for a first time home buyer in this sellers market. He was always early and had the potentials ready for me to view and even encouraged me to look at more than one house in the area so I had options and didn't miss anything. Eric even went above and beyond to get me into the home I'm in now, when it came down to bidding. Even the financing and inspection process he made easy. I, of course, shopped around before going with his recommendations, which were great! I definitely would recommend and use Eric all over again!

ZillowVERIFIED I decided to sell my mom's house and move her closer to me. I had never used a real estate agent before but having known Eric a long time and seeing him quickly selling houses in our area, I decided to give him a chance. I was not disappointed. He did a great job and was easy to work with. He was considerate of my mom and our schedules. I would suggest using him in any of your real estate transactions.

ZillowVERIFIED In 2020, my wife and I were looking to buy our first house. Being in the middle of covid there was not much to pick from. Eric helped us from start to end. As new home owners there were lots of questions and concerns. He was by our side through the whole process and answered all our questions. He made the process so smooth and as stress-free as possible. We found our house in early June and closed within 3-4 weeks. He also has kept in touch with us and insures we are doing alright. He is personable and very thorough 10 out of 10 would highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Eric is an awesome realtor. He knows the market in Cleveland and almost always has someone in mind already to buy your house. He is very professional, knows his stuff and is good at explaining the process to inexperienced sellers, like me. He sold our house in just a couple days. He helped us figure out the best way to show our house and what we needed to do in order to market it effectively. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Well, I can begin by saying Eric was a Godsend. Moving cross country from Pennsylvania to Oklahoma has a lot of challenges. Still, Eric made the process as smooth as possible, he was patients and very understanding of many challenges that arose, and he was quick to find a resolution to all of them. My husband and I can't thank you enough for all your hard work and dedication to help us find an excellent property and for helping us to settle in our new home. You are not only our realtor, but you have become a friend. Thank you so much for your attention to every detail and your outstanding patient throughout this move. You Rock, Eric!

ZillowVERIFIED We have been renting for three years and decided it was time to invest our money in our own home. We knew immediately we wanted to use Eric because he is a friend of ours, and has one good reputation. He showed us house after house after house, and was always kind and work with us to find our best fit. He made buying a home a smooth transition and is still helping us out in any way even after we bought a house. I always recommend Eric as my first choice when it comes to the housing market. He really goes above and beyond for his clients.

ZillowVERIFIED I was currently out of a relationship and has just found out I was pregnant and I needed the perfect home for me and my son ! So I reached out to Eric and he did just that got me the perfect home for me and my son ! Eric is great and I would choose him over again a million times. He was a small hometown friend and I knew hed do me right just like he would for any of his clients. He puts his heart into it and does his best to get you the best. My best experience I loved about him was him actually flipping this house into a home and letting me help with little things that I wanted or liked in the home ! I would definitely recommend him to any friend or family member ! I cant wait to watch him succeed in many more sells and flipping homes. He and his wife Brady are amazing people and they have done so much for me and I could not thank them enough for all their hard work but especially Eric because as a first time buyer and being so young and not really knowing much about buying a house he broke every little detail down for me and was always so patient even if I asked the same question over and over again. He was great and helped me understand everything and got me the best deal and didnt let me just rush into the first home we looked at and settle for just something instead he got me the perfect home. Everyone should really go check him out and give him a call for any of your home buying needs ! (:

ZillowVERIFIED I had reached out to Eric as an out-of-town buyer looking to buy a specific property I had found in the area, and there are so many different reasons that am so glad that I stumbled upon him.For one thing, I'm impressed with his knowledge of the area. I could quickly tell that this was "his turf", and that he knew the local market, and the players in the market well. And there were many instances where he would go above and beyond to ensure the transaction progressed forward and went smoothly. In one case we ran into a potential issue with some easements, and even though the issues were technically the seller's responsibility to resolve, he was all over it, contacting the people that needed to be contacted and even showing up for an early morning meeting with the appropriate people to ensure that the issue was resolved. There is naturally a lot of stress trying to buy a home remotely, not being able to be there in person. But Eric really put my mind at ease, jumping in when needed to make sure everything was taken care of, before, during and even after the actual purchase.I was so impressed with him that I also decided to hire him as a property manager to help manage the property. It has really put my mind to rest knowing that I have someone like Eric there, who can drop by to take a look at the property, and who knows all of the people to call in case there are any problems. And not to mention the fast turnaround in finding a tenant!Overall, I highly recommend Eric for any of your real estate needs. He knows his stuff, and has definitely gone above and beyond my expectations.

ZillowVERIFIED We wanted to sell our home because my husband travels for work and we had a baby recently, so we decided it was best for me to travel with him while we have young kids! We had hired another realtor with zero luck. 6 months flew by and I decided to take it off the market. Eric showed up and talked to me about exactly what we needed in order to sell successfully, and I am not kidding he had it under contract the next week. Nothing was stressful about the process except for moving all of our stuff out ;) Eric was so professional, helpful, and goes beyond the extra mile to try and help you. He is very trustworthy and gets the job done FAST! Also one thing I loved to know was that he offers photos with a drone to ensure the best quality photos for listing!! If you are on the hunt or want to sell, stop waiting and call him NOW. ??

ZillowVERIFIED Eric helped me buy my first home in Claremore. I was going to keep renting, but he explained why it is so much smarter to purchase instead. I chose Eric because he seemed extremely knowledgeable and worked extremely hard. I liked that he made himself available anytime I was free. ZillowVERIFIED I decided to purchase a home in early January. We were first time home buyers and didn't really have a direction of what to look for or how to go about doing business. We happened to meet Eric at an open house and our first impression of him was a very positive one. We decided to make him our exclusive realtor and never regretted the choice. He was very responsive and helpful in every way and he helped us find an amazing first home within a month and a half. Eric is a young and very motivated realtor and I would not hesitate to recommend him to my family, friends, or even strangers.
