I found right away that Eric knows the area very well and listened to my idea of My Perfect Home Eric took the time and patience in dealing with me as I was very particular on what I was looking for. He provided me with the MLS website so I could also look and see what was out there. When I finally saw a house that I wanted too look at, Eric got me a showing right away. He helped me on the offer and when it was accepted stayed with me till the end. He was very honest and easy going, I did not feel stressed at all. I would definitely recomend Eric to anyone in the Valley who is looking for a Genuine Honest and Respectable Real Estate Agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Eric is passionate about what he does and is very eager to help with questions and research to find the answers to those questions. He is a local who knows every interesting place to go and thing to do in the area. In my personal dealings with him, which involved a piece of vacant land, he was able to answer all my questions about utilities, gas lines, boundaries and about putting in a well and septic, and town requirements. He also helped negotiate a lower price for me saving me a nice amount of money. He is sharp and on the ball and is happy to use his knowledge to make sure you get what you want for what you can afford!

ZillowVERIFIED Was not impressed in any way. He had no desire to show me a home I wanted to see, even lied about it being under contract. He does not know much about loan types such as VA which is what we are using. Worst person I ever tried to communicate with, would not respond to my communication attempts when I asked to see a property or additional information on the property.

He worked independently with my wife and myself ensuring that both our needs would be considered in his showings. He learned from each house and continued to give us quality opportunities. He helped negotiate some difficult processes with the selling agent and made sure we knew exactly what they were asking of us. He followed through fromt he start to finish and accompanied us on the close of our house. This is the 4th hours/property that we have purchased and Eric has stood out as an outstanding releator and I would recommend him to any prospective buyer/seller.
