ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Eric Nichols. He really knows his stuff and guided me very well. He's very good with the details and thinks of things that never crossed my mind. For instance, I was buying a house with an old air conditioner compressor, and decided that I would replace it after the sale. He made arrangements for me to get an estimate before closing so that the repairs could be made right after I moved in. From helping me find the right house, to negotiating the price, and then getting the utilities set up and finding trusted repair guys, I always felt like I was in good hands. A number of years ago he helped me sell my house, and had a good experience. So this time when I was buying I went back to him. Recommend him highly!

They helped us purchase and transition to a larger house in South Fayette. We have the highest amount of appreciation for the job they do because of the MANY challenges that we had during the process. Showings at our house were very complicated with our busy family. Even getting the house ready to show was a feat in itself. ZillowVERIFIED I'll start with getting ready to sell our first house. Eric and Kathy came over for our initial meeting for I what I figured would be a quick meet and greet and some paper work. I was pleasantly surprised when they ending up spending several hours with us going over the selling process and doing a top to bottom vision inspection of the house inside and out. Based on their experience they were able to help us stage the house to get it ready for sale. After a few weeks of hard work, we were ready to list. Eric then spent another couple of hours taking professional pictures and preparing us for the actual listing. All of the advice and hard work paid off as we received several showings within days and had an offer that we accepted after only a week. I never imagined we would sell that fast! Of course, now we were on to the fun part of finding a new house. Here again, Eric and Kathy were awesome. We told them what we were looking for and even though we changed our requirements several times, they were able to get us a number of possibilities lined up for a day of showing. Nothing really excited us on that first day, but Eric and Kathy were not discouraged. They continued to stay in contact and work with us to make sure we wouldn't end up homeless. Eventually we found a great place that I am happy to say we are currently living in and were able to close on the purchase the same day as our sale. The entire process was stressful to be sure, but working with Eric and Kathy made things so much more bearable (and even at times fun). I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.

We never expected the degree that they would go above and beyond for a small sale. They did a Great job of staging the house and did not charge us one cent extra to do it. Eric took absolutely wonderful photos of the house (he has a college degree in photography). The photos and the on-line marketing looked so very nice.They were very honest and upfront with us too.
